Both Schadeberg and Baumgart come to Dorner from Nord Gear Corp., a supplier of industrial power transmission equipment based in Waunakee, WI. In their most recent positions at Nord Gear Corp., Schadeberg
served as President and Baumgart as CFO.
Schadeberg is a 1985 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, and earned his MBA from the University of Memphis in 1992. Prior to Nord Gear Corp. he held the position of CFO for two other companies.

Baumgart is also a 1985 graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Prior to Nord Gear Corp. he held positions of controller and general manager at one other company.
