Hörner-Maraß has more than 25 years of experience in leading positions of the engineering industry. With a Master of Engineering degree (Diplom-Ingenieur FH), he started his career in 1986 at the C. Haushahn Group; in 1995 he moved to the Management Board of the Jenbacher Energiesysteme GmbH. Four years later he was appointed to the Management Board of Zeppelin Baumaschinen GmbH. Since 2002 he is Managing Director and since 2005 spokesman of HOLZMA Plattenaufteiltechnik GmbH, a company of the HOMAG Group featuring annual sales of around euro 100 million.
Uwe Lüders, Chairman of the Executive Board of L. Possehl & Co. mbH, will remain Managing Director of manroland web systems GmbH, but will withdraw from the operative business. “I am glad that with Eckhard Hörner-Maraß we found an entrepreneurial Managing Director who is going to lead and bring forward the manroland web systems GmbH together with the established management team,” Lüders emphasized.
