Creative Packaging Solutions named manufacturers representative for Ossid in the Mid-Atlantic Region

Ossid, powered by Pro Mach, has announced that Creative Packaging Solutions, based in Lancaster County, PA, will serve as its manufacturer’s representative in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and parts of southern New York.

Creative Packaging Solutions will have technical sales, marketing, and system integration responsibilities for Ossid’s full lines of horizontal form-fill-seal technology and its weigh-price-labeling and tray-overwrapping systems. Ossid products are sold to a wide range of consumer products industries, including meat, poultry, seafood, fresh produce, and dairy. Ossid form-fill-seal machines are also installed in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

“Creative Packaging Solutions offers customers deep technical expertise,” said Jason Angel, vice president of sales for Ossid. “The company’s employees succeed because they don’t force a solution on customers, but instead listen carefully to requirements before proposing options. We are confident that a significant number of new companies are going to be introduced to Ossid’s product lines.”

“Ossid’s high-quality U.S. manufactured packaging systems appealed to us,” said Tom Wapinsky, partner in Creative Packaging Solutions. “Ossid’s emphasis on open architecture for its software and for data collection will appeal to companies demanding faster start up, systems that are easier to maintain, and real-time data acquisition from packaging lines.”
