Chad Hedden appointed Toray Plastic’s new Director of Sales, Lumirror Polyester Film Division

Toray Plastics (America), Inc. has announced the appointment of Chad Hedden to the position of Director of Sales for the Lumirror Polyester Film Division.

Since 2009 Hedden has served the company as National Sales Manager for the Torayfan Polypropylene Division, a position that included the responsibility of developing PET sales in the packaging sector. Prior to that appointment Hedden was a manager in Toray’s Strategic Alliance Group. He joined Toray in 2006 as a Product Manager in the Torayfan Division after working at Tredegar Film Products.

“Chad Hedden is a great addition to the Lumirror team,” says Milan Moscaritolo, Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, Toray Plastics (America), Inc. “He has been an excellent leader for Toray’s national sales teams, driving growth in polypropylene and polyester films among strategic customers and key accounts. To have him focus now on PET sales is very exciting for us.”

Toray Plastics (America), Inc.’s Lumirror Division is responsible for the research, development, and manufacture of a wide range of value-added polyester films for packaging and industrial end users. Among the diverse advanced film technology applications  are stand-up pouches and lidding on the packaging side, and solar windows, graphics, electronics, durable-goods and in-mold labels, and wire and cable insulation, on the industrial side.
