Baumer Electric: Load cells provide precise force measurement

Baumer’s high-precision DLRx series load cells offer sensors with passive temperature compensation for direct force measurement providing a very low temperature effect of  < 0.005 %/K.

Pw 2712 Webbaumer
The high-precision and positioning accuracy is supported by a very small amount of distortion. The sensors cover measuring ranges from 0…+/- 500 kN with a combined error of < 0.1 % F.S. and repeat accuracy of < 0.03 % F.S.  Designed for use with an extended ambient temperature range of -30 °C to +100 °C. Their compensated temperature range is -10 °C to +55 °C.  4…20 mA, +/- 10 V, and mv/V (passive) output signals can be selected.  Sensors come calibrated.  A low-noise passive bridge amplifier with an analogue signal path and a high limit frequency of 1 kHz is surface-mounted to every DLRx sensor. IP67 compliant.
