Depending on the fill volume and product properties, the time/pressure system achieves an output as high as 48,000 syringes/hr. Filling accuracy is +/- 1.0% in the .06- to 1-mL format range. With fill volumes of more than 1 mL, an accuracy level of +/- 0.5% is reached.
