From R.A. Jones comes the new Flexi Pro robotic vision picking cell, a highly flexible product handling and collating unit featuring the world’s fastest Adept robot.

Machine sorts, collates, orients, and places products in a precise manner at speeds to 180 picks/min. When the machine’s vision system senses the orientation of randomly placed products moving down the 8’-L conveyor, the robot picks up the product, properly reorients it, and deposits it into a bucket conveyor, cartoning operation, or other downstream machine. With minimal or no changeover, the picking cell can handle an array of products or create variety packs.
