Laetus’ MV-70 offers a range of features to meet demanding requirements for secure marking of folding boxes in the packaging line. Up to two different print positions can be set up, permitting simultaneous printing of the front and the back sides of a folding box.
Features include the following:
• Secure pack handling system
• One user-friendly operating panel to control all modules
• Space savings due to slim dimensions
• Extensible with modules
• Simple maintenance due to GMP-compliant design
• Format adaptation without tools
The MV-70, combined with a Hapa redcube printer, a FlexLink conveyor belt option, and Laetus software S-TTS (Secure Track & Trace Solutions) ensures reliable serialization of folding boxes in packaging lines.
The redcube printer’s DOD technology and the UV-hardened ink achieve high print quality, according to the vendor. The Laetus integrated camera system (ICAM) and the modular built Inspect software application verify the printed data. The S-TTS software navigates the transparent data management as required by regulation, as well as the entire packaging process of a company if required. The Commander 112 control panel’s high-resolution touchscreen allows ergonomic operation of the pack handling system.
