3-A Sanitary Standards, Inc. (3-A SSI) announce the appointment of Meri Beth Wojtaszek as Executive Director. Wojtaszek brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in association management, most recently serving as Deputy Executive Director of Programs & Membership at the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA).

"We are thrilled to welcome Meri Beth as our new Executive Director," said John Kuhnz, 3-A, SSI Board Chair. "Her proven experience in stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership makes her the ideal person to advance 3-A SSI's mission of promoting food safety through hygienic equipment design and standards."

Wojtaszek brings extensive experience in managing technical programs and diverse stakeholder relationships. At SWANA, she successfully led the development training and events while fostering collaboration among government agencies, industry partners, and member organizations.

"I am excited to join 3-A SSI and work alongside its dedicated team, volunteers, and member organizations," said Wojtaszek. "The organization's commitment to advancing food safety through equipment standards and design criteria is more important than ever, and I look forward to building on its strong foundation to create new opportunities for growth and impact in the food and beverage industries."
