Coveris Holdings S.A. acquired Olefinas, which has offices in Guatemala and Mexico.

Parker Plastics Inc. opened a 70,000 sq-ft manufacturing facility in North Las Vegas, NV.

Canada-based Langguth Engineering acquired the Associated Packaging Equipment Corp.

People
Guido Corbella retired as CEO of Ipack-Ima Spa following the success of the 2015 edition of the exhibition.

Scott Anderson was appointed President of the Control Techniques business unit for Emerson Industrial Automation.

Steven White was hired as Business Development Manager for Rovema North America.

Suzanne Fenton was promoted to Vice President, Brand Marketing for TricorBraun.

Aleksander Plonka was hired as Business Development Leader—Food and Beverage Packaging Europe for Multisorb Technologies.
