Graphics for body and soul

Tend Blends, the company behind a line of holistic bath and body products created to rejuvenate the skin, body, and mind, recently turned to Hornall Anderson Design Works to redesign the comprehensive packaging line.

Packages in the line include different bottle shapes and jars. The packaging, which is available at high-end boutiques and department stores, has not only helped the company increase sales, but also expand the distribution network. To accentuate the line’s chic apothecary charm, designers conceived packaging that is playful yet sophisticated. Three graphic representations of overlapping rings underscore the need to integrate three basic aspects of human life (rest, work, and play), intending to encourage shoppers to use the line’s different products for each mood and activity.
