IMA Nova merger announced

IMA and Nova Packaging Systems have merged.

This agreement was carried out to provide customers with one-stop shopping for processing and packaging equipment needs, particularly for pharmaceutical applications. Nova’s manufacturing capabilities in North America and the United Kingdom will be strengthened by IMA’s manufacturing plants in Italy, Germany, India, and China, company says.
