A new Hartness European office is opening outside Düsseldorf, Germany, to provide expanded support to its existing network of sales and service partners in the region. Jean Marti will lead this new organization. The new organization will provide the necessary infrastructure to support new, as well as existing, customers with efficient after-sales service.
In other news, on Jan. 1, 2003, Hartness International Integration was created to provide a higher level of integrated line performance, focusing on innovative line design, forward-thinking controls philosophies, superior customer focused project execution, and premier training and certification in the field.
