TAPPI's corrugated group more focused on packaging

In late October, the corrugated container division of The Assn. of the Pulp and Paper Industry became more aligned with packaging.

The group changed its name to the Corrugated Packaging Div., and it will be directed by a new Corrugated Packaging Council to be elected at the next conference in Dallas in October ’03. The Council will be made up of 15 members, six of them appointed from leadership of converting companies. The other nine will be elected, three from suppliers, three at-large, and the final three will be division officers. For more details, contact Karen Daniel at TAPPI at 770/209-7380.
