Case packer for standard 5-panel folded cartons

Designed to run high volumes of medium-to-large size cartons in a single-layer, single-row configuration, the WSI Global XpressPack automatic case packer comes in an electric format with servo motors or with a hydraulic system. The pusher setup is available with left-side push, right-side push, end-seam push or a combination of packing modes. The packer features pneumatically operated surge gates, plug-in wiring connections for hydraulic maintenance and an Allen-Bradley PLC to control all operating sequences. Options include a carton turning system for reversing glue flap orientation prior to packing, an air-skate lift kit to move the packer off line and dual controls.
