The VSA1825-SS is engineered to run a wide range of polyolefin shrink films, producing consistent, high-quality seals at a value-driven price point. With stainless steel construction, the machine is designed for environments where hygiene and longevity are critical. The system automatically feeds products into the sealing area, where a sensor triggers a 90° guillotine hot knife seal bar to create a loose bag around each item. Once sealed, products continue through a heat tunnel, where the film shrinks tightly to deliver a clean, professional finish.
Capable of sealing 35 to 40 products per minute, depending on size and application, the VSA1825-SS provides efficient throughput without compromising quality.
