New from Storopack is the battery powered AIRplus ® Excel, a portable, wireless, completely automated machine that produces lightweight, reusable, and recyclable LDPE air pillows on demand, without operator input.

A self-contained industrial battery powers the machine through 2 shifts of constant use, or 3 shifts of intermittent use, before being recharged. Applications include void fill and cushioning, corner pads, edge protectors, block and brace, end caps, and dunnage. Several lengths and widths of pillows are available, as is anti-static LDPE film for electronics applications.
