These multipacks are said to reduce material disposal, offer shelf-ready shipping capabilities, and handle easily by consumers. Ideal for medium-volume producers and contract packers, the continuous-motion, bottom-overlap wrapping system multipacks a variety of products in unsupported bundles and overwrapped trays at speeds to 35 packs/min, using clear, printed, or print-registered PE film.

New bottom-overlap sealing system offers low-volume side and top hot air flow to reduce film ballooning in the tunnel, a feature that claimed to be energy efficient and allow for good product transfer and support through tunnel. Changeovers are quick and tool-less.
