Varn rejoins Sonoco

Rex Varn, president and COO of Hilex Poly Co., will rejoin Sonoco as vp and general manager of the Flexible Packaging Division.

Varn joined Hilex in December 2003 when Sonoco sold its High Density Film business to Hilex. At the time of the sale, Varn was division vp and general manager.
