Low-temperature sealing system

Nalle Automation Systems offers its patent-pending NAS low temperature sealing system that seals most PE films at approximately 200 to 220 degrees F.

Because of the low seal bar temperature, film build up issues are eliminated, extending the seal bar heater life up to 1 or more years, company says. Seal bars can seal postal PE, polyolefin, PVC, and bubble films without changeover parts. Bars are available in all model HTS vertical wrappers and model AS sleeve wrappers.
