IntelliPack offers the SmartBagger, an advanced foam-in-place packaging system. Designed for the operator with a focus on safety and ease-of-operation, the system uses a modem to connect to IntelliPack’s customer service.

Through the connection, the company monitors equipment performance, tracks chemical and film usage, and reorders supplies. Machine can therefore predict maintenance, dispatch service technicians, and automatically reorder supplies. Advanced software controls seal and cut wire temperatures, extend wire life, and help eliminate carbon and foam buildup on sealing jaws.
