Plassein reorganizes corporate structure

Plassein Intl. (Willington, CT) announced a major market-focused reorganization of its corporate structure. Plassein will now design and produce products and services through three divisions aligned with customer needs.

The three new divisions are the Industrial Packaging and Converter Films Div., Specialty Products Div., and the Food and Consumer Goods Packaging Div.

The restructuring allows each division to concentrate solely on the specific needs of its customer base. Customers can benefit from centralized service and product contacts as well as a more focused, and deeper understanding of their total business. As the new structure is implemented, customers requiring products and services across two or more of these divisions will receive customized support.

Each division will be headed by a vp and general manager, reporting directly to Bud Philbrook, president and CEO of Plassein.
