Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) and Outsourcing Services Group (Allendale, NJ) have signed a letter of intent for OSG to purchase P&G’s North Norwich mfg.

—MDT Software (Alpharetta, GA) has developed a service agreement with EDS Applied Engineering Solutions (Troy, MI).

—The National Assn. for Printing Leadership (Paramus, NJ) and the Research and Engineering Council (White Stone, VA) have entered into a strategic alliance that will lead to future co-marketing initiatives for industry events and publications.
