Used with Instapak® foam-in-bag packaging systems, Instapak molding foam from Sealed Air (Danbury, CT) is a .65 mid-density foam specifically designed to cost-effectively improve the packaging performance of mold-ed cushions.

Its rise time of 22 to 25 sec, compared to typical rise times of 15 to 20 sec of other foams, allows operators to place an expanding foam-filled cushion into a mold fixture prior to final curing.
