New Everest® Seal-Pak from International Paper (Memphis, TN) is a patented, extrusion-coated paperboard designed specifically for fold-over heat-seal blister card applications.

It is said to seal to all blister materials, including PVC, PVdC, PETG, and Aclar, which are typically used to package pharmaceutical, cosmetics, toiletries, food, and hardware products. Available in 10-, 12-, and 14-pt calipers, Everest Seal-Pak is said to provide high-quality printability with consistent ink laydown, fewer surface defects, and high brightness.
