Earthbound Farm provides a how-to on recycled content

Chad Smith, manager of sustainability initiatives at organic produce company Earthbound Farm (pictured), admits that there are certain sourcing issues that still need to be addressed when it comes to using post-consumer recycled content in PET clamshells (see related story at greenerpackage.com/node/1335).
