Customers simply flip the tray over, allowing the dressing to mix into the salad; shake the tray until the dressing hits the lid; and turn the tray back over and remove the lidding film or rigid lid. Extra dressing returns back into the bottom of the tray, away from the salad, insuring that the last bite of salad is as crisp as the first. Snap-on lids are also available. Salads remain fresh for days and are easily transported as complete units.
