The excitement in health & beauty aids packaging continues as HBA Global Expo 2001 plans its show and conference for June 12 to 14 at New York’s Javits Convention Center. With eight consecutive record-breaking shows, New York-based Miller Freeman Princeton’s HBA show expects more than 500 exhibitors in well over 100ꯠ sq’ of space. A list of packaging exhibitors follows this preview.

In addition, the sponsors have assembled a complete Conference program, several parts of which are specifically designed for attendees interested in packaging. This year, the 2nd annual HBA International Package Design Awards will be selected from more than double the number of entries from last year. More details about HBA Global Expo 2001 can be found at the show’s Web site, www.hbaexpo.com.

On Wednesday, June 13, the Conference includes a complete day of presentations that relate to packaging. At 9 a.m., Adding value to your product through great (maybe daring) package design, will be held. It’s followed at 11:30 by a session on Enticing the consumer with labeling and decorating. In the afternoon, Prestige packaging within your budget will begin at 1:30 p.m. At 3:30, the International Package Design Awards winners will explain the keys to their successes.
