The cartridge inking method utilizes 16-oz disposable cartridges that offer quick ink changeovers and decreased machine downtime when compared to previous methods of ink management. An open-cavity doctor blade delivers precise metering and consistent ink laydown on all medical packaging substrates. The InkWell is equipped with quick-disconnect nodes that allow the unit to be removed and cleaned in minutes, company says.
