“Air V” series volumetric piston fillers from Simplex Filler (Napa, CA) are upgraded with handwheel indicators from Siko Products (Dexter, MI). The Model HST analog handwheels control a range of machine functions and provide precise reading of spindle location.

Each indicator has 2 pointers, one scaled to a ratio of 360°, while the other moves 1:1 with the actual handwheel movement. The aluminum star grip is ergonomically designed for comfortable, quick changeover adjustment.

The fillers, which operate without electricity, are available in models designed with 1 to 10 cylinders. The explosion-proof fillers can fill volumes of up to 160 oz/cylinder with an accuracy to .5%.
