The series’ sensing principle ensures extremely fast response time and allows for a more precise setpoint setting. The switches are ideal for applications with rapid temperature changes or where fast response time is required, such as machine tool coolant flow, HVAC cooling water flow, and injection molding cooling water flow.

Available in two 24 VDC models, FSD series switches are available in 0.26 to 26.4 GPM or 1.32 to 26.4 GPM sensing ranges and feature a fast response time of 10ms; switches provide normally-open DC PNP outputs. Desired setpoints can easily be set with the rotating dial; the dial can then be locked with a setting screw. Valve bodies are constructed of nickel-plated brass fitted with a 4-pin M12 quick disconnect and have LED output status indication.

IP65 and IP67 rated, ProSense FSD series flow switches are backed with a two-year warranty; prices start at $125.
