Packaging Technologies & Inspection (Tuckahoe, NY) offers its Heat-Seal Evaluation/Characterization Technology for testing seal quality. This new non-destructive technology uses ultrasonic waves to characterize and evaluate heat-sealed layers, as well as determine the thickness and elasticity of heat-sealed joints.
