Junapack’s JG-8S0815 Rotary Pouch Packer can be used to fill a variety of products into Side Gusset Flat Bottom pouches up to 2lbs. in weight. This is a very popular pouch style for retail 12 oz. ground and whole bean coffee as well as candy, and certain flours and powders.
The machine features Allen-Bradley controls and HMI, captured cam design (no springs) and a patented feature in its pouch feed system. The machine can achieve speeds up to 35 cycles per minute. Easy pouch size changeover with ability to save recipes for different SKUs. The JG-8S0815 handles pouch sizes from 3.25” W x 5.5” H up to 6” x 15”.75” H.
