H-divider/tray packer

A packaging alternative for retail displays can be found in Brenton Eng.'s (Alexandria, MN) new Integrated H-divider/tray packaging system. It accommodates round or oval PET or glass bottles at speeds to 25 trays/min.

The system runs single- or double-wall dividers with or without flanges. Flanges can be glued inside trays for added support. Uses hand wheels or snap-in parts for quick, no-tool changeovers.
