The shippers are made of 100% corrugated box material--20% to 40%
post-consumer recycled content--and are 100% biodegradable and 100%
recyclable. The shippers offer a minimal increase in shipping weight
verses expanded poly-styrofoam and offer a lower shipping weight verses
other corrugated wine shipper designs. The design features a 360 degree air cell on perimeter of unit,
top-loading stand-up bottle orientation, and double-wall construction
of inserts and HD singlewall carton construction. The eco-friendly packaging is competitively priced and also features adult signature
required instructions that are preprinted on the top of the shipping
carton flap, which significantly reduces expenses related to labeling
