Australian facility to recycle 5000 tons of flexible plastic every year...

In Sydney, the first Australian facility to recycle plastic bags and film will help "reduce the manufacturing sector's reliance on virgin materials."

The facility will reprocess plastic culled from consumer garbage. Any methane extracted as a result of the reprocessing system (from organic matter) will be converted to "green" energy and exported to energy grids.
