PaperFoam: Protective packaging is 100% compostable & recyclable

Designed to protect products in the electronics, cosmetics, medical, beverage, and food industries, PaperFoam packing materials are made using a patented injection molding process and can be easily incorporated into packaging lines using pick and place machines, robots, and feeders.

Made completely from natural resources, PaperFoam is a featherweight material that provides packaging that fits well and protects products from dust and scratches.  The material can be engineered to provide a friction fit, clamping features, hinges, embossing, debossing, and closing mechanisms.  Unlimited colors are available and materials may be paper laminated.

Products are designed with a continuous wall thickness of 2.5mm. Products with a 2.0 and 3.0mm wall thickness are possible, depending on customer specifications.  Standard glue, hotmelt, and tape can be used to adhere parts. Also PaperFoam can be glued with water.
