Made completely from natural resources, PaperFoam is a featherweight material that provides packaging that fits well and protects products from dust and scratches.  The material can be engineered to provide a friction fit, clamping features, hinges, embossing, debossing, and closing mechanisms.  Unlimited colors are available and materials may be paper laminated.

Products are designed with a continuous wall thickness of 2.5mm. Products with a 2.0 and 3.0mm wall thickness are possible, depending on customer specifications.  Standard glue, hotmelt, and tape can be used to adhere parts. Also PaperFoam can be glued with water.
