Morrison Container Handling Solutions Announces Key Promotions in Leadership Team

These well-deserved promotions recognize their dedication, expertise in their respective fields, and outstanding contributions and commitment to the growing organization and better reflects the key roles they play at Morrison.

All four individuals have built their respective departments from the ground up to respond to a fast-paced, growing company. Their work has been critical in the sustained growth curve of Morrison.

Kristin Geiger, previously the Office Operations Manager, was promoted to Director, Business Operations. She oversees the Human Resources, Accounting, Support, and Purchasing departments. Geiger's exceptional people skills, business acumen, and keen attention to detail have contributed significantly to the efficiency of our business operations. Through her 20 years at Morrison, she has been critical in implementing two new ERP systems and setting up organizational structures for key departments. In her new role, she will lead efforts to streamline and optimize our internal processes, driving operational excellence. 

Seth Licke was promoted from Assembly and Aftermarket Customer Service Manager to Director, Assembly Operations and Service. Licke's commitment to excellence in customer service and timing screw expertise have been crucial in his ability to streamline assembly operations, allowing Morrison to deliver high-quality products to its customers before and after shipment. In his tenure, he’s overseen the development of a service department, project management of large capital equipment projects, and managing the assembly team at an operational level. As Director of Assembly Operations and Service, he will further enhance Morrison’s operational efficiency internally and in-field support of its customers.

Garrett Sudicky was promoted from Computer Systems Manager to Director, IT. His expertise in information technology has been pivotal in bolstering Morrison’s IT infrastructure and fostering inter-departmental collaborations that make the business more successful. Under his leadership for the last 11 years, the IT team has developed tools to significantly enhance operational efficiency. Sudicky’s inquisitive nature has helped him anticipate needs of an expanding business. As Director, IT, he remains committed to ensuring Morrison’s technological systems remain cutting-edge, advanced, and agile.

Allison Wagner was promoted from Business Strategy Manager to Director, Marketing and Business Strategy. Wagner's strategic thinking has played a pivotal role in taking the company through a digital marketing transformation to grow market share while building a department. She anticipated trends in an evolving marketing landscape to position the company for strength during the pandemic while also owning and implementing key strategic initiatives. Allison will continue to lead the charge in developing innovative marketing strategies and providing valuable insights to guide long-term business strategy.
