Located in Dublin, Ohio, the center has been expanded with additional staff and technology to optimize service to its customers.

The inside sales center enhancements are part of recently announced realignments to the North American sales organization. Taking an omni-channel approach, the transformations are designed to increase the opportunities in meeting customers where they desire to meet. The addition of staff in digital technology and in-house technical services aligned to field sales teams and territories will further increase those interactions.
Jay Simmons has been appointed to lead the team as insides sales manager. Simmons has held several positions with Nexeo Plastics over an eight-year period, most recently as a manager of growth initiatives.
“These moves provide additional resources where it is needed most — delivering more personal engagement, focus and faster responses in identifying product options and providing technical solutions for our customers,” said Simmons.
Nexeo Plastics also provides online options for customers through its MyNexeo customer portal. The MyNexeo portal allows convenient 24/7 account access to place orders, check order status, track and trace shipments, and download documents, such as certifications and invoices.
