Aetna: Robot and Genesis stretch wrappers

This video clip shows two machines: Robot Robot is a self-propelled, battery-powered unit is especially suited for wrapping loads of any shape, size and weight with stretch film.

This content was written and submitted by the supplier. It has only been modified to comply with this publication’s space and style.

May be equipped with motor-driven pre-stretch carriage for optimum use of stretch film.

Genesis

Manufactured by ROBOPAC, an AETNA GROUP company. Automatic film reel change is now available on the Genesis stretch wrapper for very high production requirements. The unit carries three new rolls of film. When the roll in use is empty the spent core is automatically discharged and a new one taken from the magazine. The machine is back in production in less than 60 seconds. New reels can be fitted to the automatic changer from outside the perimeter guarding, therefore reducing and further downtime. The unit can be retro fitted to existing Genesis machines.
