ABB has acquired Codian Robotics B.V., a leading provider of delta robots, which are used primarily for high-precision pick-and-place applications. Located in Ede, Netherlands, Codian Robotics, which includes a hygienic design line, will continue to serve its customers directly. Both parties have agreed not to disclose any details regarding the purchase price.
