At PACK EXPO International 2026, from Oct. 18-21 at Booth LU-7118, JBT Marel will showcase its unified portfolio of end-to-end processing equipment, digital solutions, and lifecycle support designed to help processors navigate ongoing labor shortages, rising energy costs, and evolving consumer demand.
Attendees visiting Booth LU-7118 can explore an interactive, Virtual Reality (VR) hub that lets visitors visually tour custom processing demonstrations for five different processing lines, including carbonated beverages, ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee, secondary fresh solutions, and minimally processed pet foods.
JBT Marel will host expert consultations spanning several key growth markets:
- Fresh Juice Innovation: Fresh orange juice samples directly from our recently launched Fresh’n Squeeze® 3300, our first floor-standing juicer with an intuitive touchscreen is capable of producing up to 90 ounces of juice per minute and delivers up to 50% more yield per fruit compared to traditional cut-and-press methods.
- Working Rotary Model: We are launching our brand new rotary model which models our continuous processing system that uses a rotating mechanism to heat and cool products with high-speed, efficient, and consistent product handling while maximizing production throughput.
- End-to-End Pet Food Solutions: Alongside unified brands Wenger, Extru-Tech, and partner Aurum Process Technology, JBT Marel will highlight complete processing lines across dry, wet, and aseptic pet food applications.
- A&B Process Systems Mix Tank: For the first time, JBT Marel will showcase the READYGo™ Vacuum Mix Systems, combining vacuum conveying and mixing technologies. The READYGo Vacuum Mix System eliminates dust, foaming, and entrained air while improving mixing efficiency and product consistency. Attendees can experience the system firsthand through live demonstrations at the booth.
- Fruit and Vegetable Processing: Through realistic 3D models of both a baby leaf & spring mix processing line and a salad and vegetable processing line, customers can visualize key processing stages including washing, sorting, grading, conveying, cutting, drying, and packaging.
- Tray Packing and Sealing Line: JBT Marel will exhibit a fully automated line, combining RoboPacker robotized catch-weight tray packing, Proseal tray sealing, and WPL9000+ weighing and labeling. By synchronizing product handoffs, line speeds, and changeovers, the integrated solution helps increase throughput, improve uptime, and enhance hygiene.
- Multihead Weigher for Medium IQF Products: JBT Marel will also highlight its Multihead Weigher Medium IQF, which helps processors minimize product giveaway while keeping pace with high-speed freezing and packaging lines. The 20-head system delivers accurate, fixed-weight batches of medium-sized, individually quick-frozen (IQF) products across prepared food, meat, poultry, and fish.

Processing Innovation Keynote: The Future of Pet Food Safety
On Monday, Oct. 19, from 2:00–2:30 p.m., Dr. Errol Raghubeer, Vice President of Food Technology at JBT Marel, will deliver a keynote presentation at the Food & Beverage Processing Innovation Stage (LU-7764): “A Safer Bowl Starts Here: How High Pressure Processing is Changing the Pet Food Landscape”. Dr. Raghubeer will address safety regulations, consumer trends in raw pet food diets, and how HPP technology mitigates pathogen risks without compromising quality.
