This easy to use piece of equipment allows you to manufacture your own pallet runners to create pallets, blocks, dunnage, corner posts and more, whenever needed.

This machine comes as a base model with or without a conveyor for an optional Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) Applicator and optional Liner Applicator. Used without the PSA or liner, these functional runners can be used for void fill, separators, corner posts, blocks and more. Used with the PSA and/or liner, these runners can be adhered to many different surfaces, including top decks to create pallets, or simply to the bottom of large totes, bins & boxes to ship them or move them more easily around a warehouse.

Taking up less than 200 square feet of space, this machine allows for customization as it will roll up various types of corrugate sheets measuring up to 60” long. Roll up single wall, double wall or even water-resistant corrugate to meet your needs or the needs of your customers. The standard machine rolls up standard height 3½” pallet runners. A shorter, 2 ½”H pallet runner machine is also available. If neither meets your needs, we will review your needs for a machine for you.
