Douglas: Tray packing/shrink wrapping machine

Douglas Machine’s Contour 60 series provides an economical mid-speed system for tray packing and shrink wrapping bottles, cans, jars, and cartons, and is capable of producing single lane 12-packs or multi-lane film only 6-packs on 600/min bottle lines with surge rates up to 720 bpm.

The pinless metering system incorporates new variable path product registration technology to gently group and meter products into the machine. The ergonomic design provides improved accessibility and visibility into the machine.The 60 series includes stand-alone tray packers, shrink wrappers, or fully integrated packaging systems.
