The CPC 10 can handle single or bundled bottles and cartons; its maximum output is 265 bottles per minute or 300 cartons per minute, dispatched in 10 cases at a maximum weight of 25g each. The machine can run 10 pallet cycles per minute.

The CPC 10 stands out particularly for its user-friendly technology and small footprint. The machine’s modular configuration and innovative combination mean it can be adjusted quickly and easily while ensuring a high standard of process reliability and flexibility – all in a unit less than seven meters in length.

Following are additional details on the two machines that comprise the CPC 10, both of which are also available separately:

• A key feature of Uhlmann’s Case Packer E 4010t utilizes a top-loading principle allowing for placement of bundles, single cartons or single bottles into packaging cases reliably and with gentle handing. The case packer is fitted with an intuitive touchscreen control system; integration of camera inspection, label application and printing systems also is possible as an added option.

• Uhlmann’s Palletizer P 5020 loads packaged products onto pallets. Its GMP-compliant concept is geared to maximum compatibility and flexible adaptation to customer requirements, as well as optimum performance and comfort. An adapter head takes filled dispatch cases, bundles, open trays, display packs or shrink-wrapped bottle bundles from the feed conveyer and places them onto empty pallets.
