Professionally crafted in the U.S.A., this packer is a robust, reliable, and adaptable solution designed to gently handle high-volume product, two cases at a time. Video of this innovative technology as well as a product brochure with exact specifications has just been released and is now available at StandardKnapp.com.

The 949 Pic-N-Place packer is a high-speed “soft-case” solution for precise, gentle handling of product with a proprietary technology that eliminates breakage. With speeds of up to 20 cycles per minute and a heavy-duty stainless steel tubular frame, the packer is designed to operate 24/7 and is suited for both partitioned and partitionless RSC case packing. Robust 2-axis, servo-controlled delta robot provides optimum control of two cases of product with a precise pic-n-place motion. The machine packs to the last case without the need for any operator intervention.

With the 949 Pic-N-Place packer, the distance that the product travels into the case is easily set by the packer’s user-friendly HMI touch-screen panel and its adjustable head adapts to multiple product sizes. A Pic-N-Place module is also available for retrofitment on existing Standard-Knapp Versatron case packers. Single case packing is also available on their 939 Pic-N-Place model.
