Pw 61132 Triangle Flex I Cartoner

The Flex1 is able to run various carton sizes with quick, tool-less changeovers – less than 15 minutes to full production.  The elimination of the barrel-loader assembly reduces machine complexity, lowers maintenance, and reduces product breakage. The cartoner features AB Kinetics Servo Drives that provide intermittent motion control, and eliminate the need to synchronize bagger and cartoner, and also features Rockwell Automation/Allen Bradley ControlLogix and AB PowerFlex AC Drives.

The Flex1 can be seamlessly integrated with a Triangle X-Series V F/F/S Bagger and direct-mounted to theTriangle InLine Weigher.
