Hermetic seal produces an airtight seal for case-ready meats, creating a leak-proof lidded tray that eliminates moisture flows on the underside of the package. Constructed of stainless steel and anodized aluminum to permit a wet work environment such as that of poultry and fresh meat packaging. Machine processes as many as 80 trays/min through a continuous-motion system. Maximum sealing area of 10”Wx15”L, with a maximum product height of 5”. Product changeover can be done in less than 10 min.
