Columbia/Okura palletizers use precision robotics and tooling to effectively handle and stack large woven poly bags of weights to 50 kgs. Robotic technology and special end effectors ensure that oversized bags maintain their shape as they are carefully lifted and placed on pallets, compared with traditional palletizing methods that push and slide bags.
Through improved handling and load forming, the palletizers can boost bag production efficiencies by reducing product damage and increasing number of bags/pallet. Available with speed capabilities to 65 cases/min and 24 bags/min.
