Tray sealer combines speed and flexible output to produce up to 60 trays/min in a range of sizes. The automatic gas-flushing tray sealer accommodates trays made from a variety of materials including plastic, barrier foam, and paperboard. All heat-sealable lidding materials can be processed. T400 is equipped with photo registration for precision placement of register-printed lid films. A single-track configuration and modular design facilitates seamless integration with other packaging line components such as tray denesters, weigh-price labelers, and identification and pack-off systems.
